Customer Solution Center Consultant 2 – Technical

About the role

This position resolves simple to moderate technical issues for HP customers, covering both hardware and software. The consultant also proactively guides customers to prevent problems and represents HP in various external activities.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve simple to moderate technical problems via remote and phone support.
• Provide proactive guidance to customers to reduce future incidents.
• Document and present tailored technical solutions for client requirements.
• Evaluate unique installations or configurations and recommend effective resolutions.
• Contribute to the Knowledge Management System with case summaries and solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet internal and external SLA commitments.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience in remote or telephone technical support.
• Ability to work independently on moderate‑scope problems while following company policies.
