Engineering Supervisor – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

As an Engineering Supervisor at Hilton, you will lead the hotel’s maintenance team to ensure all building systems operate safely and efficiently, delivering the high‑standard guest experience Hilton is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of the hotel’s buildings, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and life‑safety systems while ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, documenting completed work in the property management system.
• Supervise external contractors, inspect their work for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, guest concerns and emergency situations.
• Train, schedule and develop maintenance team members, providing guidance to maintain high‑quality performance.

Required profile

• Technical degree or relevant qualification in Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, facilities or building maintenance operations (preferred).
• Experience supervising or coordinating maintenance teams and daily activities.
• Knowledge of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance practices.
• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, water systems and general building maintenance.
