IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Applaudo is looking for an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, translating market realities into hiring strategies while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long‑term recruiting strategies and nurture relationships with potential hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and design interview processes.
• Plan and execute sourcing strategies for niche technical roles such as software engineering, data, cloud, and QA.
• Coordinate interview schedules with managers and specialists.
• Contribute to recruitment process improvements, operational efficiencies, and adoption of automation or AI‑enabled tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical hiring.
• Proven track record managing senior or niche technical roles.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in fast‑scaling or consulting environments.
• High autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
• Experience mentoring junior recruiters and driving best‑practice adoption.
