IT Support Specialist – San José

About the role

Zuora is looking for a customer‑focused IT Support Specialist to join its new San José office. You will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to both on‑site and remote employees, ensuring a smooth and secure technology experience across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for laptops, Zoom/Neat setups, accessories, whiteboards and collaboration tools.
• Manage office access, badging, and maintain a welcoming workspace.
• Own and track the inventory of laptops and related hardware in Costa Rica.
• Prepare hardware setups for new hires and conduct onboarding training.
• Install, upgrade and configure operating systems and applications.
• Support global peers through the internal ticketing system.
• Maintain a high‑quality security posture for the enterprise environment.
• Ensure office supplies and kitchen areas are stocked.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
• Willingness to attend local events and collaborate with colleagues worldwide.
