IT Project Manager – ERP & Non‑ERP Applications

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead ERP and non‑ERP application initiatives within a highly regulated enterprise environment. The role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope while meeting strict governance, security and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources and quality for each initiative.
• Drive project governance, produce status reports and communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business units, IT teams, vendors and senior leadership.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to PMO processes, security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and facilitate effective decision‑making.
• Oversee change control and guarantee successful delivery of business outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise IT project management experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven experience managing ERP (SAP) and non‑ERP applications such as Data & Analytics platforms, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Solid background in project governance, risk & issue management, and budget/schedule control.
• Relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
