About the role
This individual contributor will help translate business requirements into software solutions, support implementation and maintenance of business applications, and assist with systems integration and user acceptance testing.
Key responsibilities
- Apply up‑to‑date knowledge to meet deadlines, collaborate cross‑functionally, and communicate progress.
- Leverage DevOps, Waterfall and Agile practices to design, develop and deliver secure, high‑volume cloud‑based solutions.
- Support technical solution recommendations, configuration, and post‑implementation triage.
- Provide incident support, troubleshooting, and assist with component integration and user acceptance testing.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS or related field, or at least two years of software development experience.
- Experience with Salesforce development or SaaS tools and exposure to scaled agile environments.
