Inventory Control Analyst – Buy & Sell Inventory Control Team

About the role

The Finance Operations Accounting & Analysis (FOAA) team is looking for a detail‑oriented Inventory Control Analyst to join the Buy & Sell Inventory Control Team. You will ensure accurate inventory records, resolve discrepancies, and support the Amazon Funded Buy & Sell (AFBS) program.

Key responsibilities

• Execute weekly and monthly walkfile reconciliations, comparing Component Inventory Activity (CIA) and Roll Forward Reports (RFR) to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inbound support tickets from Rack Integrators, DB Schenker hubs, and OEMs, meeting SLA targets.
• Investigate and resolve ASN issues, PO variances, receipt differences, and sales order discrepancies.
• Process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests and track component returns.
• Monitor daily inventory allocations across SAP and OFA systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reconciliation reports for management.
• Lead automation initiatives using Power Query, VBA, and workflow tools.
• Support invoice resolution for GR/IR and PO issues.
• Collaborate with AWS Supply Chain, Finance, and Central Accounting teams.
• Maintain documentation in Asana and ticketing platforms and participate in Weekly Business Reviews.
