Internal Control Analyst

About the role

DHL Express is seeking a motivated Internal Control Analyst to join its Shared Service Center in San José, Costa Rica. The role supports internal control activities, internal audit, and process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with control owners to align with new releases of the CRISP (Control & Risk International Standardization Platform).
• Conduct testing according to Global CRISP methodology and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and update data in iCON and CRISP tools.
• Present testing issues to management and follow up on remediation activities.
• Support control standardization and process improvement across countries and the SSC.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Internal Controls, Audit or Business Analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
