Infrastructure Compliance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Compliance Manager to lead operational excellence across our IT infrastructure. The role oversees change, problem, and major incident management, applying Six Sigma methodology to drive consistency and reduce recurring issues.

Key responsibilities

• Chair the Change Advisory Board, enforce quality gates, and achieve a change success rate of ≥97%.
• Apply DMAIC Six Sigma principles to identify and resolve the most impactful operational issues, reducing recurring incidents by ≥30%.
• Maintain holistic ITSM oversight, including major incident, asset, and configuration management, and own the “Tower Health” dashboard reporting SLA, MTTR, and availability.
• Train technical teams on ITSM standards and assess skill versus will gaps when processes fail.

Required profile

• Fluent English with 5+ years of IT Service Management experience, deep in Change, Problem, and Major Incident Management.
• Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred) with proven data‑driven improvements.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• Strong assertive communication to challenge risky changes and translate technical root causes for business stakeholders.
