Industry and Enterprise Marketing Specialist – H&PS

About the role

Accenture is seeking a versatile marketer to support the Health & Public Service (H&PS) industries within its Industry and Enterprise Marketing & Communications team. The specialist will drive day‑to‑day marketing activities, enable priority programs, and ensure high‑quality execution across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support run‑the‑business activities such as analyst relations, story identification, internal updates, baseline materials, and ARC updates.
• Assist planning phases for prioritized programs, including business case writing and M+C plan entries.
• Maintain and optimise core a.com pages, including LLM optimisation.
• Enable executive positioning through event speaking opportunities and social media.
• Create marketing content like case studies, thought‑leadership pieces, and campaign copy.
• Conduct industry research and competitive monitoring across portfolio industries.
• Perform operational tasks: budget, ROI, and purchase‑order tracking.
• Support activation enablement across markets, CRM, and hub‑related programs.
• Maintain marketing collateral libraries and coordinate asset production with creative teams and external agencies.
• Assist with onsite event delivery and team governance activities.

Required profile

• 2‑8+ years of marketing experience.
• Pro‑active, autonomous self‑starter with rigorous execution.
• Inquisitive, fast learner, open to coaching.
• Strong data‑analysis foundation and commercial awareness.
• Proficiency with Accenture tools, platforms, and approved AI tools.
• Broad experience across marketing channels (events, social, a.com).
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Effective stakeholder collaboration and strong organisational abilities.
