HR Services Specialist – Advanced HR Support

About the role

The HR Services Specialist provides advanced support for complex HR inquiries and escalations across the employee lifecycle. Working with internal teams and external vendors, the specialist ensures timely, accurate, and compliant HR transactions while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end employee lifecycle support in Workday, ensuring accurate and compliant transactions.
• Provide advanced HRIS support, troubleshoot system issues, and manage updates and integrations.
• Coordinate with external vendors (benefits, payroll, HR technology) to resolve complex issues and maintain service quality.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, supporting audits as needed.
• Act as the primary escalation point, communicating clearly to maintain a positive employee experience.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve HR service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR support, operations, or employee relations, preferably in a shared‑services environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms, including data management and lifecycle changes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience supporting payroll‑related processes and delivering customer‑focused HR services.
