Junior HR Operations Analyst – Customer Service

About the role

The Junior Analyst, HR Operations – Contact Center provides first‑level HR support, acting as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on a range of HR inquiries and transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer support via chat, phone, email or tickets on HR topics such as pre‑payroll, staffing, employee data, benefits and Workday processes.
• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations including onboarding, employee record updates, internal movements, exits and off‑boarding.
• Create, update and store HR documentation such as letters, contracts, amendments and employment records.
• Maintain Workday data integrity, support audits and produce reporting.
• Contribute to system enhancements, user‑acceptance testing, automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles, SOPs and employee handbooks.
• Share process‑improvement ideas and assist in team decision‑making.
• Uphold quality standards and consistently meet operational indicators.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday (transactions, business processes, reporting).
• Strong process and system orientation with proven compliance and audit management.
• Effective presentation skills and ability to adapt in a changing environment.
• Initiative‑driven, project‑mindset with a customer‑service orientation.
• Analytical mindset focused on process improvement; automation skills are a plus.
• Customer‑service experience with an issue‑resolution mindset.
