HR Principal, AI Organization Transformation

About the role

Boston Scientific is launching a multiyear enterprise AI transformation and seeks an HR Principal to lead AI‑driven organization, work and role redesign across the company. This senior individual‑contributor role blends deep AI fluency with expert organization‑design skills to shape how generative and agentic AI reshape jobs and structures.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑enabled organization and work models that align with business strategy.
• Translate AI‑driven role changes into actionable plans for cross‑functional pods, including AI technical, change enablement, and HR partners.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of transformation initiatives, from diagnosis through sustained change.
• Set rigorous standards for design outputs and ensure consistency across global sites.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed AI considerations into talent strategy and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading organization‑design or transformation projects in consulting or large enterprises.
• Strong judgment to integrate AI insights with HR practices.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent communication skills to influence technical and business stakeholders.
