HR Manager – Regenerative Real Estate (Nosara/Remote)

About the role

Shift Living is building a pioneering regenerative real estate community in Nosara, Costa Rica. As the HR Manager you will join the senior leadership team to design and implement people operations that support rapid growth and global ambition.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership on talent acquisition, organizational design, and culture strategy.
• Develop and scale HR systems, policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for a fast‑growing team.
• Drive performance management, learning, and development programs.
• Ensure alignment of HR practices with the company’s regenerative mission and ESG goals.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in HR leadership or people operations.
• Proven ability to build HR functions from the ground up in high‑growth environments.
• Strong strategic mindset with a passion for sustainability and regenerative development.
• Excellent communication and influence skills across all organizational levels.

Required skills

• Experience designing scalable HR processes and systems.
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance in Costa Rica or similar jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with talent acquisition tools and best practices.
