Benefits Administrator

About the role

The Benefits Administrator will support Snap Finance’s employee experience by managing comprehensive benefits and leave programs. This role serves as a trusted resource for employees, ensuring accurate administration and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness benefits.
• Coordinate leave administration with UNUM, managers, Payroll, and HR, handling communications, Workday updates, and return‑to‑work activities.
• Process enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, and benefits changes.
• Maintain vendor relationships, manage escalations, and support annual open enrollment.
• Partner with Payroll for accurate deductions and benefits‑related transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience administering employee benefits.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms such as Workday, UKG, or ADP.
• Working knowledge of employee benefits programs and related regulations (ACA, COBRA, FMLA, etc.).
