HR Generalist – Discipline Delivery Associate

About the role

The Discipline Delivery Associate supports Citi's global HR discipline framework by managing case intake and coordinating with control functions. This entry‑level position ensures timely processing of bulk uploads and provides HR support for employee discipline matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage case intake, including bulk uploads and review of integration cases related to discipline, using Citi's case management system.
• Provide guidance on intake processes, liaise with control function partners, and recommend timely solutions.
• Drive consistent application of process controls, ensure quality documentation, and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor a centralized mailbox, respond to inquiries promptly, and partner with compliance and surveillance teams.
• Assess risk, apply employment policies consistently across regions, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support the creation and maintenance of process and training documentation.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong organization, time‑management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
