Head of Professional Services and Operations

About the role

Arbolus is seeking a senior operational leader to drive the growth of its US delivery hub. You will inherit a capable team of 25 professionals and an existing operating platform, and your mission will be to professionalise, scale and increase the impact of the hub for its strategic international client base.

Key responsibilities

• Scale the team from 25 to 100+ by designing and executing hiring, organisational design and capability‑build plans.
• Strengthen the management layer by identifying, promoting and developing team leads and middle managers.
• Evolve hiring standards, onboarding processes and career paths to maintain quality as headcount grows.
• Build a culture of accountability, intellectual rigour and client‑centricity.
• Own the operational P&L of the hub and drive delivery quality, speed and commercial outcomes for US clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and scaling professional services or operations teams.
• Strong P&L ownership and ability to set delivery standards across multiple client segments.
• Track record of developing managers and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Client‑focused mindset with a rigorous, data‑driven approach.
