Guest Experience Specialist – STR Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Experience Specialist who will manage short‑term and mid‑term rental accounts for South California properties. The role combines AI‑assisted communication with hands‑on coordination to ensure guests receive a seamless experience while improving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated guest messages and send or edit them before delivery.
• Act as the liaison between guests and maintenance, repair, and cleaning teams.
• Order missing supplies and manage inventory as needed.
• Publish property listings on marketing platforms.
• Handle occasional guest escalations.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaking and writing.
• Basic computer and phone proficiency (documents, spreadsheets, Google Forms).
• Hospitality background or training is preferred.
• Experience with AI tools such as Codex or Claude is a plus.
• Interest in developing web‑development skills.

What we offer

• Equity participation.
• Base compensation of USD 500‑750 per month.
