Global Key Account Programme Manager

About the role

Dentons is seeking a Global Key Account Programme Manager to act as a catalyst for its Global Key Account Program. The role supports Global Directors and firm leadership in executing client‑centric growth strategies across regions, ensuring initiatives are aligned, actionable, and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects that advance the Global Key Account Program, keeping them aligned with strategic objectives.
• Document outcomes, decisions, and action items from Global Key Account meetings.
• Maintain and continuously update client information, account plans, and portal content.
• Engage proactively with internal stakeholders to provide insights that drive business objectives for key client relationships.
• Participate in Global Key Account meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
• Support follow‑up activities by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of agreed actions.
• Partner with CRM managers to keep client data high‑quality and integrated into communications, events, and campaigns.
• Assist regional client and market leaders, as well as attorneys, in delivering client development initiatives and events.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reporting for the program, highlighting performance, insights, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with peers to share project responsibilities and provide efficient support across the program.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a law firm or professional services business development or marketing role, preferably within a law firm.
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work across global regions and functions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering client‑focused outcomes.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of legal AI platforms.
