Analyst – Process Analytics – F&A

About the role

Genpact is looking for an Analyst to support process analytics and reporting within the Finance & Accounting function. The role will involve learning the tools and delivery processes, assisting in report preparation, and collaborating with the team to ensure accurate and complete work.

Key responsibilities

• Support process analytics and reporting tasks.
• Learn and apply tools and delivery processes.
• Assist in report preparation and formatting.
• Collaborate with the team for task execution.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or a Master's in Data Science.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Anaplan Level 3, CPA, CMA, CTP).
• Proficient Spanish (C2 level).
• Based in Costa Rica, willing to work in a hybrid model.
