FP&A Lead Analyst (C13)

About the role

The FP&A Lead Analyst (C13) will join Citi’s Executive Scorecards team within the Corporate Strategy and M&A function. The role is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a robust global controls framework while supporting the monthly Executive Scorecard reporting process.

Key responsibilities

• Address ad‑hoc strategic issues that complement regular planning and analysis activities.
• Manage the monthly Executive Scorecard reporting process, ensuring timely population, reconciliation, data validation and handling of change requests.
• Participate in strategic discussions with internal teams and stakeholders regarding scorecard creation and metric attribution.
• Identify gaps in the existing controls framework, perform root‑cause analysis and drive technology‑enabled and process‑based remediation.
• Assess risk associated with business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, policies and ethical standards, and escalating control issues as needed.

• Strong stakeholder‑management experience with senior leadership.
• Proven ability to maintain a strong control environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and process‑improvement capabilities.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives to automate and standardize reporting processes.
