FP&A Analyst (Finance Business Partner)

About the role

Veeam is seeking a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance team in Costa Rica. The role will act as a finance business partner for Operations, People & Culture, Legal and other G&A functions, helping leaders understand performance, manage budgets and turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Operations, People & Culture, Legal and other G&A areas to support annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting.
• Analyze actual results versus budgets and forecasts, identify drivers, risks and opportunities, and communicate findings.
• Prepare and continuously improve monthly and quarterly reporting packages, management summaries and financial insights.
• Maintain financial data and planning inputs in Veeam’s enterprise performance management system.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and consistent performance understanding.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance or accounting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with complex financial datasets.
• Hands‑on experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and headcount planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Professional proficiency in English.
