About the role
Sysco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑impact, cross‑functional finance transformation initiatives. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise system implementations, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives and are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation projects from initiation through closure, coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage scope, budget, staffing, risks, and timelines.
- Produce critical deliverables such as process maps, SOPs, KPI dashboards, and comprehensive documentation.
- Facilitate process discovery, root‑cause analysis, and solution design using data‑driven methods.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation and integration.
- Support multiple, interrelated transformation initiatives within the finance portfolio.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing enterprise system implementations in finance.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes (AP, AR, GL, reporting, disputes, intercompany).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive engagement.
- Ability to drive alignment across technical and non‑technical teams in a matrixed environment.
