Payroll Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join Beyondsoft’s global team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager based in the United States, you will ensure accurate, timely multi‑state payroll processing while delivering high‑quality service to employees.

Key responsibilities

• Process bi‑weekly payroll for multiple states, entering salary adjustments, commissions, bonuses, vacation and sick pay.
• Review computed wages, correct errors, and guarantee earnings accuracy.
• Handle wage garnishments, levies and other court‑ordered deductions, including required reporting.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and explain company payroll policies.
• Support onboarding by updating employee status changes such as new hires, salary changes, classifications and terminations.
• Maintain and update employee payroll files in SharePoint/Cloud.
• Collaborate closely with Human Resources and Accounting on payroll‑related financial matters.
