Procurement Analyst – Global Delivery Center

About the role

As a Procurement Analyst in Newmont’s Global Delivery Center, you will ensure that procurement operations run smoothly, accurately, and in line with company policies. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams across People, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to keep the supply chain efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and process purchase orders according to performance standards.
• Monitor purchase orders for accuracy and reconcile invoices with goods receipts and requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, supplier agreements, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve data‑quality queries, escalating when necessary.
• Report high‑value purchase orders for validation and support audit processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools to boost efficiency.

Required profile

• Technical qualification or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Competent in ERP/SAP (Ariba preferred) and other procurement systems.
• Knowledge of Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes, procurement performance standards, and payment processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow structured procedures.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
