Facilities Services Manager – Orthopedics

About the role

The Facilities Services Manager for Orthopedics will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the manufacturing site in Grecia, ensuring that all facilities are safe, compliant and optimally supporting product development and production. This role is pivotal during the upcoming transition to the standalone DePuy Synthes business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all facility services including maintenance, utilities, security and environmental health & safety.
• Develop and manage budgets, contracts and service level agreements for third‑party providers.
• Lead a team of facility technicians, providing coaching, performance management and development.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain, manufacturing and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Support the planned separation of the Orthopedics business, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities or plant management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑changing organization.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
