About the role

We are looking for a Facilitator of Child Programs to join our educational team in Jacó, Puntarenas. The position is ideal for energetic individuals who love working with children and thrive in a fast‑paced, activity‑rich environment. You will lead dynamic activities, games and workshops, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct interactive activities, games and workshops for children.
• Provide guidance and support during program sessions.
• Prepare materials and resources needed for each activity.
• Ensure safety and well‑being of participants at all times.
• Adapt quickly to daily changes and challenges.
• Maintain punctuality, responsibility and a positive attitude.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents and team members.

Required profile

• Genuine enjoyment of working with children.
• Active, creative and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to handle various activities and guide participants.
• Responsibility, punctuality and good interpersonal skills.
• Minimum high school education (bachillerato).
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Jacó.
