About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Facilitator of Children’s Programs to join our dynamic educational team in Jacó, Puntarenas. The role involves leading a variety of activities, games, and workshops that engage children and support their development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver daily dynamic activities, games, and educational workshops for children.
- Provide guidance and support during program sessions, ensuring a safe and fun environment.
- Adapt quickly to daily changes and challenges while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to improve program content and delivery.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for working with children.
- Active, creative, and proactive mindset.
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Minimum high school education (bachillerato).
Required skills
- Excellent communication abilities.
