About the role

The Banking Relationship Executive is responsible for attracting new corporate clients with annual sales between $5 million and $15 million and maintaining the existing client portfolio. The role focuses on expanding both active and passive banking business while ensuring profitable relationships for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients within the target revenue range.
• Maintain and grow the current client portfolio.
• Increase active and passive banking products and services with existing clients.
• Develop appropriate linkage strategies that generate profitability for the bank.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar banking or financial relationship role.
• Strong knowledge of the country's financial and economic environment.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements, calculate spreads, and evaluate financial indicators.
• Experience structuring financial operations and transactions.
• Desirable bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
