eCommerce Brand & Trade Marketing Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced eCommerce Brand & Trade Marketing Lead to shape and execute digital brand strategies across major retailer platforms and marketplaces. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive growth and optimise the digital shelf.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement eCommerce brand and trade marketing strategies on retailer platforms and marketplaces.
• Drive digital shelf optimisation, including product content, SEO, keyword taxonomy and product page performance.
• Plan, launch and optimise retail media campaigns, promotions and digital activations.
• Analyse performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, ROI, content quality and share of search to uncover growth opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Content, Media, Analytics and external retail partners to ensure seamless digital execution.
• Lead continuous optimisation through testing, data‑driven insights and performance improvements.
• Manage multiple brands, categories, platforms and priorities simultaneously.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing, digital brand management or trade marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Hands‑on experience with online retailers and marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart.com or Target.com.
