Dynamics 365 CE & Power Automate Desktop Consultant (Bilingual English)

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Automate Desktop consultant to design, configure, and implement solutions across the Dynamics 365 platform while creating automation workflows. The role blends CRM functional consulting with RPA/automation expertise to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements‑gathering workshops focused on business processes within Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, or related modules).
• Design, configure, and customize CE components such as entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and processes.
• Develop automation solutions using Power Automate (cloud) for system‑to‑system integration and Power Automate Desktop for UI‑based RPA.
• Analyze manual or repetitive processes and propose automation strategies.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using Dataverse, connectors, and custom integrations when needed.
• Create functional and technical documentation, process flows, solution designs, and user guides.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE functional consultant.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.
• Ability to lead workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to identify automation opportunities.
