About the role

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to shape and execute the regional People strategy for a multinational organization operating across Latin America. The role will partner with senior leadership to drive culture, talent, and organizational transformation in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a cohesive regional People strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Act as Strategic Business Partner to senior executives, advising on talent, structure, culture, and leadership decisions.
• Lead regional initiatives in Culture, Employee Experience, and Engagement.
• Drive Organizational Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, and anticipate critical talent needs.
• Strengthen Talent Management, Performance, Leadership Development, and Succession Planning processes.
• Oversee Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, recognition, and retention frameworks.
• Implement People Analytics to forecast risks and support data‑driven decisions.
• Champion HR Technology, automation, and AI applications within the People function.
• Manage and develop the regional People team, ensuring consistency and excellence.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading regional or multi‑country HR teams.
• Experience working with diverse Latin American markets and multicultural teams.
• Strong influence with C‑level executives and senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of People Strategy, HR Business Partnering, Culture, Talent Management, Organizational Design, and Workforce Planning.
• Expertise in Performance Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.
