Director, Manufacturing Transformation & Operational Excellence

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a visionary leader to drive manufacturing transformation and operational excellence across its global supply chain. This senior role combines strategic planning, process improvement, and cross‑functional leadership to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and implement business process improvements aligned with ambitious corporate objectives.
• Oversee complex data research and analysis to support operational strategies.
• Highlight and evaluate merger, acquisition, and divestiture opportunities that fit growth targets.
• Lead operational planning, influencing project direction and resource allocation.
• Champion new methods and processes to enhance product quality, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; postgraduate degree or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years leading Lean/Six Sigma initiatives in supply‑chain operations.
• Prior project‑management experience in food, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt certification advantageous).
• Technical proficiency with SAP, MES, BMS, EMS.
• Experience implementing TPM and continuous‑improvement programs.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
