Digital Media Strategist – Hospitality Marketing & Advertising

About the role

Join our Digital Media team to drive performance and growth for leading hospitality brands across North America. As a Digital Media Strategist you will partner with hotels and resorts to design, launch, and optimise data‑driven campaigns that maximise Return on Advertising Spend.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of hospitality clients throughout the NORAM region.
• Develop and execute digital media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Display, Programmatic Advertising, Email Marketing, SEO and website optimisation.
• Plan budgets, target audiences and optimisation tactics to achieve client revenue goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct regular client reviews and recommend strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations for onboarding, launch, tracking implementation and quality assurance.
• Support website UX, content strategy and SEO initiatives.
• Analyse performance data, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, Communications, Digital Media or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1‑5+ years of digital media or online advertising experience in a client‑facing environment.
• Proven ability to manage digital campaigns and maintain strong client relationships.
