Digital Marketing & Design Assistant (Flex‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and self‑motivated Digital Marketing & Design Assistant to work remotely from Costa Rica. This flex‑time contract is ideal as a side gig, allowing you to balance studies, freelance work, or another job while contributing to two global projects.

Key responsibilities

• Attend a weekly 45‑minute alignment meeting and communicate asynchronously via Slack or WhatsApp.
• Maintain and schedule social media posts and keep the content calendar organized for both brands.
• Create 2‑3 visual assets per week, such as social media graphics, presentation slides, or brand logo variations, following existing guidelines.
• Support the team with basic graphic design tasks and occasional brand clean‑ups.

Required profile

• Based in Costa Rica and able to work remotely.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing and tech trends.
• Valid US visa is a plus for potential future travel.
