Digital Community Manager – Drive Engagement & Growth

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Digital Community Manager to revitalize and scale our customer community across owned and external platforms. You will own the community experience, drive engagement, and ensure our content is optimized for both human users and AI‑driven discovery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an end‑to‑end community strategy in partnership with social media, marketing, product and customer success teams.
• Stimulate conversations, moderate discussions and enforce community guidelines to maintain a high‑quality experience.
• Develop and run external engagement programs on Reddit and industry forums, authenticating technical discussions and attracting users to our owned platform.
• Create and curate high‑quality content, translating complex technical topics into clear, searchable answers optimized for SEO and large language models.
• Launch ambassador, champion and super‑user programs, designing recognition systems such as badges and leaderboards.
• Own community KPIs, build dashboards and deliver regular insights to improve engagement, retention and support deflection.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing online communities for technical or engineering audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret and act on community metrics.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts.
