Digital Advertising Support Specialist

About the role

The Digital Advertising Support Specialist assists with the implementation of advertising contracts and supports Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) publishers on paid‑content requests. Working directly with advertisers after a sale, the specialist ensures creative assets are gathered, ads are prepared, and campaigns go live smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Implement advertising contracts and support DMO publishers with paid‑content requests.
• Gather creative assets, write copy, edit/crop images, create proofs, and traffic ads to websites.
• Perform quality‑control checks at campaign launch and send follow‑up confirmations to advertisers.
• Provide performance data, make updates, and assist advertisers throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Assist with billing tasks and removal of programs from sites as needed.
• Communicate with customers and DMO partners via email, phone, and video calls.
• Use various software tools to navigate accounts, research history, enter data, and fulfill requests.

Required profile

• Experience in digital advertising support or similar roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with advertisers and partners.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
