About the role

Redis is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join its CSE team in Costa Rica. In this post‑sales role you will help customers adopt Redis technologies, solve technical challenges, and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

Guide customers through product adoption, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful implementation of Redis solutions.
Act as the customer’s advocate within Redis, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and managing accounts comprehensively.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience as a developer combined with customer‑facing roles such as consulting, support or operations.
Advanced English (C1) with strong research, analytical, and time‑management skills; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

Web development: HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/LESS), JavaScript, jQuery, responsive design.
Front‑end frameworks: React.js, Angular, Vue.js.
Back‑end frameworks: Node.js, Express.js, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails.
Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (Redis).
API integration, basic DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines.
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform; familiarity with IaaS, SaaS, PaaS models.
