About the role

We are seeking bilingual Customer Care Sports Advisors to support a world‑renowned sports retail brand in Pavas, San José. You will act as the primary link between the brand and its customers, ensuring every interaction is positive and helpful.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries related to purchases, deliveries, accounts, and product recommendations.
• Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering attentive service.
• Solution‑oriented thinker able to identify needs and recommend valuable products.
• Strong communication skills in English (advanced B2+ level) and ability to engage professionally across written and verbal channels.
