Corrigo Platform Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Corrigo Platform Administrator to lead the technical administration and strategic optimisation of Corrigo CMMS platforms across multiple client accounts. The role combines system configuration, data integrity management and close partnership with clients to support JLL’s technology‑enabled facility management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the Corrigo CMMS platform, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity and appropriate user access.
• Configure system settings, property and asset hierarchies, and manage work‑order scheduling and integrations.
• Execute database maintenance, system audits and change‑management procedures.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for clients, handling data requests, change‑impact analysis and delivering training.
• Maintain accurate database records, perform regular data validation and develop reporting and analytics to drive performance insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements and explore innovative solutions within the platform.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience working with the Corrigo platform.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
