Corporate Lawyer – Remote Litigation Associate (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our multidisciplinary legal team on a remote, contract basis. You will work on high‑stakes litigation matters related to M&A, private equity, and capital markets while supporting the development of AI‑driven legal models.

Key responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and provide detailed insights on litigation matters involving M&A, private equity, and capital markets.
• Draft, review, and assess a wide range of contracts and legal documents, identifying key issues and ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with legal and technical professionals in a fully remote environment, contributing expertise to multidisciplinary projects.
• Assess data‑privacy and regulatory‑compliance matters, identifying risks and best practices for AI training scenarios.
• Offer subject‑matter feedback on hypothetical and real‑world legal scenarios to support advanced AI model development.
• Participate in remote discussions and reviews, delivering clear, well‑reasoned, and thoroughly documented input.

Required profile

• Proven ability to draft, review, and interpret complex contracts and transactional documents.
• Strong understanding of data‑privacy regulations and their implications for technology and digital assets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable with remote collaboration and experienced in multidisciplinary or cross‑functional teams.
