Coordinador/Facilitador SAP – Certificación Vigente – Presencial en Costa Rica

About the role

We are looking for a SAP Coordinator/Facilitator to lead and coordinate SAP initiatives in Costa Rica, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to SAP projects, including implementation, maintenance and support.
• Facilitate communication between end‑users, functional teams and technical teams.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones, deliverables and schedules are met.
• Manage risks, incidents and corrective action plans.
• Track requirements, deliverables and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote best‑practice project management and SAP adoption.
• Participate in regular status meetings with key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience leading SAP projects.
• Hands‑on experience in implementation, maintenance or both.
• Functional expertise in at least one SAP module (FI, MM, FM or HCM).
• Current valid SAP certification in FI, MM, FM, HCM or S/4HANA.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organization and project‑tracking abilities.
• Residency in Costa Rica and availability to work onsite.
