About the role

ECU Worldwide is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to plan, coordinate and supervise daily import operations across maritime, air and land modes. The role involves managing documentation, liaising with carriers and internal teams, and ensuring shipments meet deadlines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily import activities for sea, air and road shipments.
• Prepare and manage all logistics documentation required for international transport.
• Coordinate with external providers, carriers and internal departments to guarantee timely execution.
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve incidents and propose process improvements.
• Utilise digital platforms to track loads, generate reports and provide real‑time updates to customers.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding shipment status and address any queries.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret logistics data and optimise routes.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal teams, international clients and suppliers.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on incident resolution and long‑term relationship building.
• Knowledge of supply‑chain and international transport processes (LCL/FCL, air cargo, etc.).
• Experience in freight forwarding or transport companies is valued.
• Ability to work under pressure, organise tasks and maintain attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with logistics digital platforms (e.g., SIGA, DMCE).
