Contracts Specialist – Hybrid Role in San Antonio, Costa Rica

About the role

We are looking for a Contracts Specialist to lead end‑to‑end contract management for our growing business in San Antonio, Heredia. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and will initially run for at least six months with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, review, negotiate, and execute contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate contract reviews with legal, sales, and cross‑functional teams.
• Process contract modifications and draft amendments, including Schedule A Agreements.
• Maintain and improve contract management systems and related processes.
• Support special projects and foster effective cross‑departmental collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of contract administration experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven experience working closely with sales teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Salesforce contract management.
• Apttus (preferred) or Conga contract management platforms.
