Contract Specialist – Hybrid (Heredia, Costa Rica)

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Specialist to join our Professional Services team in Heredia, Costa Rica. The role is hybrid, with 50% of the time spent on‑site and the remainder working remotely. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of subcontracting agreements and other contract documents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract workflow processes from drafting to signature.
• Generate and prepare agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the Legal Department.
• Review, organize, and maintain contract‑related documentation.
• Oversee Schedule A / Subcontracting Agreements for a portfolio of 2,000+ contracts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration.
• Fluent English communication skills; all contracts are in English.
• Experience with subcontracting agreements, schedules, and working with sales representatives.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Flexible 40‑hour work week with no overtime expectations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using Apttus (or similar CPQ/contract management tools).
