Compensation Benefits Analyst

About the role

The Compensation Benefits Analyst provides expert support to employees on benefits inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve employee inquiries via cases and email, taking ownership of each contact.
• Utilize documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to address issues, escalating when necessary.
• Build trust through empathetic, personalized conversations and adapt case management plans to evolving employee needs.
• Apply critical thinking to balance process adherence with employee requirements and determine suitable resolutions.
• Collaborate with partner teams to address cross‑functional issues and improve policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or at least one year of benefits experience.
• Minimum one year of contact‑center or help‑desk experience.
• Strong attention to detail, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information and adhere to data‑privacy standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology and tools (preferred).
