Commercial Finance Manager – CARCAM

About the role

Inchcape is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager for the Caribbean and Central America (CARCAM) markets. The role is hybrid, based in Costa Rica and Panama, and will act as a finance business partner to commercial and operations directors, focusing on revenue growth, supply chain optimisation and cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FP&A performance management, including P&L and balance‑sheet forecasting and variance analysis.
• Own rolling forecasts for revenue, direct cost and overheads, producing forward‑looking financial analysis and robust models.
• Drive projects to improve COGS efficiency and optimise working capital across the region.
• Coordinate overhead forecasting, Ovh variance analysis and MEC reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or professional certification preferred.
• 7+ years of FP&A or commercial finance experience in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong understanding of international accounting standards, taxation and financial regulations.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
