Commercial Finance Manager – Caribbean & Central America

About the role

Inchcape is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager for the Caribbean and Central America (CARCAM) markets. The role is hybrid, based in Costa Rica and Panama, and will act as a finance business partner to commercial and operations directors, focusing on revenue growth, supply‑chain optimisation and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead P&L and balance‑sheet forecasting, providing insights on performance versus plan.
• Own rolling forecasts for revenue, direct cost and production overheads, creating robust financial models for strategic planning.
• Drive revenue‑growth initiatives by analysing volume, price and mix impacts and building value‑bridge analyses.
• Lead cost‑of‑goods efficiency projects at brand level and coordinate overhead forecasting across markets.
• Manage working‑capital reporting, challenge stakeholders to optimise cash conversion cycles and monitor variance analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
• 7+ years of FP&A or commercial finance experience in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, taxation and financial regulations.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
