Commercial Attorney – Remote Contract Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Attorney to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will create, review, and refine commercial agreement templates that will be used to train our AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and annotate high‑quality templates and sample commercial agreements.
• Ensure all documents comply with current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well‑structured documents that enrich the project’s AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly with the team to clarify requirements and deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements such as MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
• Ability to adapt legal documents for real‑world scenarios.
• Experience collaborating remotely and delivering assignments autonomously.
