Client Service Specialist

About the role

The Client Service Specialist is the first point of contact for French Florist’s discerning clientele, delivering a seamless, white‑glove experience. Working remotely, you will handle high‑volume inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and help clients create memorable floral moments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries via phone and email, maintaining warmth and professionalism.
• Manage 40–60+ client interactions per shift across multiple channels while ensuring accuracy.
• Guide clients through product selection, custom arrangements, and order placement with a consultative approach.
• Resolve concerns promptly, document interactions, and follow escalation procedures.
• Process orders using Zendesk and the order management platform, schedule deliveries, and coordinate with shops and internal teams via Slack.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in client service, luxury retail, hospitality or similar high‑touch environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for high‑volume interactions.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting while managing competing priorities.
• Attention to detail, organization, and composure under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems and CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Slack.

• Fully remote position with scheduled PT hours (7 AM–8:30 PM PT, Mon‑Fri plus rotating weekend shift).
